No-Bake Oreo Cake Balls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10-12 Oreos
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • Lollipop sticks


  • METHOD:

    In a food processor, crush Oreos into fine crumbs.
    Transfer to a bowl and mix with cream cheese, reserving a portion of the crushed Oreos as topping for later.

    Form mixture into balls.
    Insert the ends the lollipop sticks into the melted chocolate, then into the balls.
    Let the chocolate on the sticks harden a little.

    Dip cake pops into melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
